I found your blog while searching for Del Webb 55+ active communities.
My husband and I have a little over four years till he retires. We would like to start our search this summer for our future retirement home.
The Village of Deaton Creek looks like an absolutely lovely community. Could you tell me who my husband and I should contact in the future to take a tour of the community?
I have only seen the website geared more towards to existing residents.
We are planning a trip soon to tour Sun City Hilton Head and would also like to drive to the Village of Deaton Creek on that same trip.
Also, could you tell me if the Village of Deaton Creek has a woodworker’s club? My husband is an avid woodworker. However, this would not interfere with a decision for choosing a retirement community.
Thank you for your time.
Nice post about the Home Classified and advertising group. I am sure this service will help anyone looking to rent or buy in a 55 Adult community. Also there is little to no places for owners to advertise their available 55+ homes, so this is a huge benefit. Great information Robert.
Agent Shelly Bloom is the resident expert in this area and lives in Village at Deaton Creek, having sold many homes in he Village. Shelly will be glad to assist in getting you information on homes in the community. Shelly’s website has her contact information. At present, there is no woodworking shop but upgrades are being made each year so that could be a good suggestion for the future.
Easily done, simply website. Great for older adults browsing.
